Fees are based on a no income, no charge model. You only pay for invoices that are process based on a percentage of total amount billed. There is a minimum transaction fee for each medical aid claim with no charge for rejected claims. We absorb additional charges for annual software licensing fees and follow up with clients or medical aids. Additional support for your practice is charged at a reasonable hourly rate.
